Income Tax Reform Plan

In our first year, tax the one percent and they are in the thirtyseven percent tax bracket at net at one percent and take a loan & sell off U.S. treasuries to compensate for the loan. Which may cover the cost of raising all poor and lower middle-class to middle-class; Along with other new laws of legalization. Then the one percent can pay it back in twenty thirty and gradually after. And they will be taxed on their individual tax form and we will take away all the loopholes also we will keep the tariffs. So we can have the people raised up to middle class on our first year in office to sign the legislation; Along with other legislation this will create a roaring economy!
